BIOGRAPHY

Atlanta's music is a little bit jazz, a sprinkling of blues and a whole lot of soul. She’s a veritable troubadour, shining brightest when performing her musical poetry - be it on stage, as a busker, or in the studio.

Atlanta’s fairytale began in Ibiza, Spain; born on the magical island, she spent her childhood surrounded by artists and nature. The next chapter, which followed in Australia brought more poetry and music into her repertoire thanks to her interest in theatre. From a young age she was absorbed by her parents’ musical taste, imbibing everything from Dylan to Bartoli.

Her debut studio album, “North”, recorded in London in 2011, sees jazz guitarist John Bratoeff and award- winning artist/producer Ben Lamdin aka Nostalgia 77, crystallise a vision with Atlanta.

“North” expresses Atlanta’s journey back to the Northern hemisphere, detailing the trails of artistic introspection in tracks like “Plenty of Time” and “Complete”. Her need  to push her comfort zones are expressed in the tracks “Have Not” and “Given A Life”, which reflect her exploration of life as a street performer in St Kilda, Melbourne.
